Both are dedicated or converted EVs, and both are heavy. The GV60 runs around 4,600 pounds, and the Electrified GV70 tops 5,000. Genesis fits both with tires built for that weight, often with acoustic foam lining to keep the cabin quiet and low rolling resistance to protect range.
When you replace either, look for EV-appropriate options, like the Pirelli tires with the Elect marking, which add foam lining and a lower rolling-resistance compound. A standard gas-car all-season in the correct size still fits, but it wasn't built around the same weight and torque profile.
How sport-forward you go depends on the trim
The base four-cylinder G70 and the entry GV70 trims lean toward sport all-season tires, grippy enough to match the chassis, still usable in the rain and cold.
