Where does this data come from?

Our own original research — 5,716 Google reviews across 68 West Georgia auto shops, collected and hand-graded reply by reply, not guessed at with a keyword script. It's the same dataset behind our published study. We publish the methodology and every correction we've made to it.

My shop isn't in the list. Why not?

Is a low reply rate a bad sign?

Not by itself. Some shops have very few negative reviews to reply to, which makes any single rate noisy — we flag those cases. What the numbers do show is that review replies are unglamorous and easy to put off industry-wide: 36% of negative reviews across all 68 shops never got a reply at all.

Will you publish anything about my shop I didn’t agree to?

Everything on this page is already public — your own Google reviews and reply history, which anyone can look up directly on Maps. We're not adding commentary or a ranking, just showing the same numbers in one place next to your county's average.
